Portswood Bus-gate data from SCC first week: Monday 27 January to Friday 31 January 2025

The first of Southampton City Council’s Monthly Dashboard reports has been uploaded onto the project website:

transport.southampton.gov.uk/portswood.

“It covers the first 5 days of the trial (Monday 27 January to Friday 31 January) and compares the data to the corresponding month in 2024.”

Below are the slides.

A reminder: this is where to send your observations, comments and complaints on the Portswood Broadway Bus-gate trial. This is important:
Send your observations, comments and complaints to email: portswoodcorridor@southampton.gov.uk
Send comments on the Experimental Traffic Regulation Orders (ETRO) to: https://transport.southampton.gov.uk/…/portswood-broadway/ These will not be considered until after the 6-month trial but comments will all count and you can comment more than once. ETROs include the ATZ buildouts on Brookvale Road, signage, traffic filters on Russell Place, changes to parking, measures to improve safety and cycling and the Bus-gate restrictions on The Broadway.
Send comments, observations or complaints to the Cabinet Member for Transport, Councillor Eamon Keogh: Councillor.E.Keogh@southampton.gov.uk
This is how to contact the Portswood Ward Councillors:
Councillor Katherine Barbour: Councillor.K.Barbour@southampton.gov.uk
