Read Easy Southampton – most coaching in the Highfield area takes place in Portswood Library and they are looking for more coaches!

Award winning local charity, Read Easy Southampton & Isle of Wight, helps adults who cannot read or want to improve their reading skills. The service is free and confidential, with help provided for as long as required. People seeking help are matched with a personal coach who they meet twice a week in a safe local venue. Team leader Ali Ford says, “We are currently helping 61 adults across the whole of Southampton City, out into the New Forest and over on the Isle of Wight”.

Most coaching in the Highfield area takes place in Portswood Library. The group is looking for more coaches in the Highfield & Portswood area and would love to hear from local residents who are interested.
