The dementia specialist nurses, called Admiral Nurses, can offer advice to families and carers about dementia symptoms and progression, guidance on how to support someone living with the condition and manage changes in behaviour, advice on navigating the social care system and legal issues or simply provide emotional support to family carers .
Click here for the Dementia UK website which gives further details about the clinic and how to book.
