We start week 2 in our monthly programme on Monday so check out what’s happening across the city next week. We also wanted to let you know about our new Bereavement Course that is starting at the end of the month. If you know of anyone who might find this helpful do let them know.
A reminder that while we advertise other things going on in the city, for these non Caraway events, please phone the venue before you travel to check it is happening.

Singing By Heart
Hedge End Salvation Army, White’s Way, SO30 2GL.
11.00-12.45 with light lunch after.
Singing by Heart is an hour session singing a mixture of Christian songs and well-known secular songs that people with dementia will know and be able to interact with. Usually on the 2nd Tuesday of the month 5.45pm for a three course meal at 6pm prompt. You need to book by the previous Sunday (9th March) signing Menu on Café or Car Park notice boards or ring Liz on 07789 501249 by that Sunday to check and book a place. Donations only for meal that is followed by a brief devotion including a hymn.

Thursday 13th March, 2.30-4pm
A friendly session where carers and those they care for can come in for a good ‘sing song’ last months ended up with some even having a dance which was great to see. No need to book
