Hi All
As we enter the last week of the month do check our what’s happening across the city and especially check out the support groups that happen this week, namely the Community Support Hub in Graham Road and the Dementia Support Group that meets each week at the Community Western Hospital. As the weather begins to improve maybe enjoy a cycle round Fleming Park, Eastleigh with Cycles4all, or check out cinemas for relaxed viewings where you can enjoy a film together. Note we don’t always have up to date information so do check their websites or call for more information.
As always, any queries do get in touch via email or phone 07535 164014
With our best wishes,
Ros, Katherine, Dave, Jo & All our Memory Café leads.
