We are running a Bereavement Course starting Monday 28th April 1 till 3 pm at Kings Church, Coxford Road, Lordswood.

Men’s Meets
For all men caring for someone living with dementia. We would love you to join us for a walk and a catch up. We start at the Cowherds on Southampton Common, amble for half an hour, and then return to the pub for a drink and time to hang out. Our next meet up is 1-3pm Tuesday 1st April. Singing By Heart
Hedge End Salvation Army, White’s Way SO30 2GL
11.00-12.00 with light refreshments after.
Singing by Heart is an hour session singing a mixture of Christian songs and well-known secular songs that people with dementia will know and be able to interact with. Every 1st & 3rd Tuesday each month, from 2-4pm. Join us for activities, cuppa, cake and chat. This week, Andy Skinner, from Southampton City Council Culture Museum, takes us on a journey seeing Southampton Through Time.
Thornhill Memory Café
Medwall Court, Tatwin Road, Thornhill, SO19 6JS
First Tuesday of every month, from 2-4pm with Admiral Nurse present. It’s almost Easter! Take part in some optional Easter crafts, an Easter Quiz and some Easter themed goodies or just enjoy time for a cuppa and chat.

1st Monday of each month, 2.30 – 4.30pm, come and chat, read newspapers, do some craft and enjoy a cuppa with homemade cake selection to meet friends old and new. No need to book, just turn up. Parking behind church.

8th April – Supper Club
Usually on the 2nd Tuesday of the month 5.45pm for a three course meal at 6pm prompt. You need to book by the previous Sunday (6th April) signing Menu on Café or Car Park notice boards or ring Liz on 07789 501249 by that Sunday to check and book a place. Donations only for meal that is followed by a brief devotion including a hymn.
