Hi All
We’ve been having some mixed weather this month, sun, then rain, warm then chilly, but we hope you have all been keeping well. You’ll be receiving this email on Good Friday and all of us here at Caraway wish you a Happy Easter!
Lots of places you can visit next week and if you have ever suffered loss or know of someone who has and is struggling, do let them know about our Bereavement Course starting on 28th April.
A reminder that we’re not always notified of any changes to events so do use the contact  information to check if an event is happening. As always, any queries do get in touch via email or phone 07535 164014 and leave a message, we will get back to you as soon as we’re able.
With our best wishes,
Ros, Katherine, Dave, Jo & All our Memory Café leads.

Are you, or anyone you know dealing with loss?  It’s hard. Have you got stuck and could do with some help?  Caraway is running a Bereavement Course starting Monday 28 April.  It will be a gentle, safe place to explore your loss with a few others in a similar situation.
It will be led by Pippa, a Psychotherapist, and a Caraway Chaplain, and with Ros Simpson from Caraway. Would you like a chat about it to see if it is for you? If so please ring Ros on
07971 074515. If you would like to reserve a place then please email Caraway.
Don’t be shy!
