St Denys Memory Café: St Denys Church & Centre, St Denys Road, SO17 2ND, from 2-4pm.
Please note St Denys Memory Cafe is not on this week and will resume on 16th January 2024 |

| Lordswood Memory Café: King’s Church Centre, 414 Coxford Rd, SO16 5LL, from 2-4pm.All are welcome whether diagnosed or not, do come along and meet with others going through similar experiences over tea, coffee, cake and friendship. |

| Southampton Park Walk: Meet @ the Hawthorns Café, SO15 7NN. Meeting at the café on Southampton Common at 9am. The meet point is by the start of park run between 2 oak trees close to hawthorns but not outside it, look for the steward in high vis jackets labelled “Park Walker”. All Welcome! For a gentle 5km walk around the Common, many go to Hawthorns Café for a coffee and chat after.” |
