Buffet and Bowls
Unpaid Carers Support Southampton, in collaboration with Communicare, have their next buffet and bowls session on 24th April 2025, 1pm – 3pm at Atherley Bowling Club. These sessions will be running once a month, and they will release the date on a month by month basis. To book onto the first session happening on the 24th April, click here!

Are you, or anyone you know dealing with loss? It’s hard. Have you got stuck and could do with some help?
Caraway is running a Bereavement Course starting Monday 28 April. It will be a gentle safe place to explore your loss with a few others in a similar situation.
It will be led by Pippa, a Psychotherapist, and a Caraway Chaplain, and with Ros Simpson from Caraway. Would you like a chat about it to see if it is for you? If so please ring Ros on 07971074515. If you would like to reserve a place then please email Caraway.

1-3pm, a week early this month due to the Easter break. You’ll always be sure of a warm welcome, with a cuppa and cake. Time to chat and different activities each month. We will enjoy some Easter Fun this week.

WEDNESDAYS
Omega Café: Drop in anytime from 10 until 12. Free tea, coffee, cake, and chat.
Armchair exercise: Starts at 10am for about 25 minutes. Led by a qualified instructor; light exercise whilst still sitting! Donations welcome.
Community Lunch: At Midday. Food varies between jacket potatoes, ploughman’s, quiche, soup, breakfast rolls and pizza to name a few. Donations welcome.

Cycles 4all

Visit the Pavilion in the Park at 1, Kingfisher Road, Eastleigh SO50 9LH for a bespoke cycling experience. Choose from a range of bikes including wheelchair accessible bikes, recumbents and power assisted bikes and explore the Dragonfly Trails around the beautiful parkland of Fleming Park. Cost from £5.
