The hot days are back, we hope you’re managing to keep cool while enjoying the bright days. Below is information on the cafes meeting this week, along with some extras such as our Carers Course starting in the autumn. Do check it all out and contact us if you want any more information.
For those who supported our recent half marathon fundraiser, I’m delighted to say we have currently raised over £1400 – thank you!

Omega Café: Drop in anytime from 10 until 12. Free tea, coffee, cake, and chat.
Armchair exercise: Starts at 10am for about 25 minutes. Led by a qualified instructor; light exercise whilst still sitting! Donations welcome.
Community Lunch: At Midday. Food varies between jacket potatoes, ploughman’s, quiche, soup, breakfast rolls and pizza to name a few. Donations welcome.

Visit the Pavilion in the Park at 1, Kingfisher Road, Eastleigh SO50 9LH for a bespoke cycling experience. Choose from a range of bikes including wheelchair accessible bikes, recumbents and power assisted bikes and explore the Dragonfly Trails around the beautiful parkland of Fleming Park. Cost from £5.
