Here is the Friends of Southampton Old Cemetery Spring Newsletter 2026!

There are lots of events included from April through to September 2026, including Titanic walks. The main event in 2026 is on Sunday 10th May 2026, 10am-5pm, when the  Old Cemetery marks its 180th Anniversary.

Friends of Southampton Old Cemetery say of this event:

“To celebrate this significant milestone we will be hosting a variety of activities on Sunday 10th May 2026 from 10am to 5pm, including:

• live music
• an informative talk and guided walks (booking on the
FoSOC website, with limited spaces)
• displays on the history and importance of the cemetery
• artwork from King Edward VI School.

Both chapels on the grounds will be open to visitors throughout the day, with refreshments available. All are welcome. Thank you to all who have volunteered to help – if you would like to help also, please contact:”
