After three years of hard work, late nights, and unwavering determination, I’m so proud to announce that BEK Sourdough Bakery will officially open its doors on

Sunday, February 2nd, at 10:00 AM.

This isn’t just an opening—it’s the result of years of dreaming, planning, and pushing through challenges. There were countless moments when it felt impossible, but this bakery represents everything I’ve poured my heart and soul into.

Behind this moment is an incredible team of bakers who bring their passion and talent to every product we create. They are dedicated, reliable, and some of the most skilled people I’ve had the privilege to work with. Together, we’ve crafted something truly special for Southampton—breads, pastries, and bakes made fresh every single day, with care in every detail.

Our grand opening will be a one-off celebration on a Sunday. After that, our regular hours will be:

Tuesday to Friday: 7 AM – 4 PM

Saturday: 7 AM – 2 PM

And one important note: we’re a takeaway-only bakery. Every inch of our space is dedicated to baking, so while we don’t have a seating area, we promise every visit will leave you with something fresh, delicious, and worth coming back for.
