According to Daily Echo 2/6/26: Crime and ASB as violence and disorder erupted from a protest about the murder of Henry Nowak that turned into a riot in Portswood

According to the Daily Echo, see article below, violence and disorder erupted in Belmont Road (home of the Digwa family and near to the location where Henry Nowak was fatally stabbed), St Denys Road and outside Portswood Police Station on the evening/night of Tuesday 2 June 2026:

Bricks (ripped off walls), bottles/cans, wheelie bins (sometimes on fire), traffic cones thrown at police

11 police and one police dog injured

Criminal damage to property and cars.
