Anti-social Dispersal Order

Portswood would benefit from a Dispersal Order. It comes under the Anti-Social Behaviour Act. Police Officers can direct people to leave an area and not return for usually 48 hours. Refusal is grounds for arrest etc. This requires proactive input from local police to issue and monitor.
Disperal Orders are not just to move people elsewhere, they also give the police the authority to break up groups of two or more if their behaviour is causing nuisance, harassment or distress.
No one should have to cross the road or call the police just to avoid a bad experience.
