Antisocial behaviour issues – Portswood High Street

Reported in the HRA Crime information sharing WhatsApp Group on Sunday 30 June 2024 by one of our road representatives:

A fight between street drinkers which spilled into Coffee#1 yesterday (29/06/24) daytime (police attended), street drinkers sunbathing on the street, derogatory comments being shouted at passing women (reported), clear side effects of drug taking on display.

NCJ There is a Public Spaces Protection Order in Portswood High Street. PCSO HM: The Police and City Wardens patrol Portswood High Street regularly. Any issues should continue to be reported to the Police.

Additional incident reported 8/7/24: street drinker went up to a person in a wheelchair asking for kisses. This was reported.
