A car crashed through railings and landed on top of them at a roundabout near Southampton Common.
The incident happened at the junction of Burgess Road and Hill Lane, with the collision reported at 12.11pm on Sunday, October 18.
No injuries were reported, but a photograph taken at the scene shows what appears to be a blue Ford Mondeo with its rear wheels in the air, resting on the bent railings.
A police spokesperson said: “This was a single vehicle road traffic collision reported to us at 12.11pm today, Sunday, October 18.
“No injuries were reported.”
A witness said an elderly woman was involved in the crash and that those at the scene confirmed she was not hurt.
The car came to rest on the railings at the top end of Southampton Common, prompting temporary road closures for emergency services to attend.
Burgess Road westbound and Hill Lane southbound were closed but have since reopened.
