Rick’s MOT motor scooter rider went through an orange/red traffic light – outside Sainsbury’s main pedestrian entrance on St Denys Road

The motor scooter had a black with bright design Rick MOT box on the back.  There was no danger to any pedestrian, wheelchair or prams. The pavement was empty. Reported online (E: AO’N).
