Possible alcohol seen. There was also an eight foot wide cabinet outside the former Flagship Coffee. Reported to Police online as suggested by the person on the desk at Portswood Police Station. Also reported to Community Safety.

Around 2.40pm, Tuesday 28/4/26 – Group of 7/8 men, one woman, in seating area and immediately outside former Flagship Coffee

On both sides of the pavement. Very difficult to get past. Very loud and intimidating. Appeared drunk or high or both. There were bottles/cans of what looked like alcohol in violation of the PSPO in Portswood Broadway. Reported to Portswood Police Station at the time. Ref no INC-20260428-1284.
