Dog appeared to have been left in a car for a long time. Car now parked in Church Lane

The message below was sent to HRA from a member via Facebook Messenger on 12/3/26. The Group were asked if anyone had been aware of this and, if so, had it been resolved. A response from received from a member that they had been made aware of it around 5ish on 12/3/26 and they had checked the car and did not find any dog in it. Therefore, they concluded that it must have been taken out.
