Car stolen – Grosvenor Road

Stolen at around 1pm on morning of Thursday 22 May 2025. Police attended. Neighbour opposite’s ring camera captured 2 people exiting their drive at time of the theft; one possibly in a grey tracksuit; one walking towards Portswood; and one getting into the car. Too dark to get much else. The car door was somehow forced open with some kind of tool and some wires probably cut as the alarm did not go off. Older car so the thieves were able to get it started without keys once entry gained.

The car was found in Lordshill one day later – joy riders. The belts were cut, the ignition tampered with and very minor things taken, including air freshener!
