Man nearly caused an accident crossing road to get to the group sitting outside Flagship Coffee/the Bus-gate cycle hub and seat in Portswood Broadway

He nearly caused an accident with cars both ways and a cyclist had to swerve to avoid him. He then joined the group sitting on the benches/in the Bus-gate cycle hub and seat area.

Within a few minutes a PCSO phoned them for more details and said they were going to investigate. The PCSO said it was important to report. It gives them more information to put more police on the streets.
