Concern about serving alcohol to protesters before, during and after protests on Friday 1 August 2025

Concern that a local bar and restaurant served anti-immigration protesters alcohol before, during and after the protests the last couple of weeks. Is it within the terms of a licence to fuel already heightened behaviour with alcohol? From the videos the person reporting saw online, there were protesters on the roof of the hotel shouting religious slurs as well as swearing and drinking out of glass containers on the footpath.
