4. To report a Noise / ‘Nuisance’
If you can, it might be useful to approach the ‘nuisance’ directly in the first instance either through direct conversation, if possible, or a polite note through the door explaining your situation if you do not know the person concerned.

5. To report an environmental or other related issue
