Cyclist going at “Olympic” speed through the Portswood Library pedestrian crossing on red. It very nearly hit one of the WhatsApp Group representatives. She had difficulty with reporting the incident online so phoned 101 in the end.

NJ advised could also report to Portswood Police Station, open Mon to Friday 8am to 4pm. Additionally, reporting the inability to navigate the website platform to PC Adam O’Neill (email given) who shares some of our concerns about problems with using the website platform.
