E-Scooter incident – possibly near Sainsbury’s Portswood

Someone trying to take a photo of a pavement Voi e-scooterist had his phone knocked out of his hand and was sworn at by the e-scooter rider on the evening of Wednesday, 22 January 2025. They reported the incident to the police and to Voi. The person was fine. It might have been in the vicinity of Sainsbury’s Portswood where there is one working CCTV camera on the top of the building which it is understood has a fairly long reach.
