See email from Francesca Prior below (in italics) about the agenda for the PACT Meeting on Thursday 8 January, 6.30-8pm in Highfield Church Centre.

Francesca is requesting that people submit any agenda question they wish to raise to her by 2pm on Wednesday 7 January as the agenda will be tightly managed. She has already included some items below. HRA has submitted the agenda item: ‘PSPO update and management of this’.

Given that I will be out on and off tomorrow, 7th, I suggest you email Francesca directly with any question you wish to raise and copy me in so that I can look out for it if you are not attending. If you are not attending and have submitted a question, please ensure you provide comprehensive information to support your question so that it can be dealt with easily by the Panel in your absence, including any background information as necessary.

So the meeting will go ahead on Thur, Police will be present and I am confident in their plans to manage the situation. But as part of the meeting we are going to have a very tight agenda, to help manage the situation.  With that in mind, please can I request you submit questions to me, by 2pm 7^th Jan.
