What the teams deal with
The council’s Environmental Enforcement team and WISE share a remit covering the following offences:
- Littering
- Fly-tipping
- Household Duty of Care offences
- Waste presentation and receptacle offences
- Commercial waste-related offences
- Fly-posting
- Graffiti-related offences, where appropriate
- Environmental Community Protection Notice offences, where applicable
