Southampton City Council Consultation on Licensing Scheme for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs)

SSC are consulting on proposals for the designation of an additional houses in multiple occupation (HMO) licensing scheme. This licensing scheme will cover the wards of Banister and Polygon, Bevois, Bargate, Portswood, Swaythling, Bassett, Freemantle, Shirley, and Millbrook.
