Street drinkers (with cans of what looked like alcohol) with street furniture outside the former Flagship Coffee and former Roebridge Farm Shop on the morning of 21 April 2026 in Portswood Broadway, in violation of the Public Spaces Protection Order. They are there every day.
There is also street furniture / duvets to be removed as they gravitate around this.
