Street sleepers/drinkers have replaced the cream/leather armchair with a striped armchair – Portswood Broadway, October Books side

Reported to FP at PACT meeting on Monday 24 March 2025. She said she would pass it on to the Senior Community Safety Officer and that I did not have to report it as that would suffice.
