Two men in middle of road – Portswood High Street

A HRA member has reported to me that around lunchtime yesterday (Wed 14 May), two men were stood in the middle of Portswood High Street, in the road, shouting abuse at each other and stopping the traffic. I had witnessed one man walking through the traffic earlier on. The HRA member said that one of the shopkeepers called 999 which it is advisable to do in this situation as the men were at risk of harm and also could risk doing harm to others.
