Within a few minutes a PCSO phoned them for more details and said they were going to investigate. The PCSO said it was important to report. It gives them more information to put more police on the streets.

Bike dumped, possibly stolen? – Portswood Rec

It has possibly been stolen from a shed or garage as there are cobwebs underneath. It, together with the brakes, have been taken to a safe place. It has been reported by the finder to 101.
