Rick’s MOT motor scooter rider went through an orange/red traffic light – outside Sainsbury’s main pedestrian entrance on St Denys Road

At about 09.45am, 5th November: a motor scooter (black machine) rider (learner driver) ignored the traffic lights and before them, turned left onto the pavement. The motor scooter had a black with bright design Rick MOT box on the back.  There was no danger to any pedestrian, wheelchair or prams. The pavement was empty. Reported online (E: AO’N).

Work in progress on the Horseshoe Green in the Uplands Estate!
