Message from Cllr Savage: IMPORTANT: QUAY2000

There was a lengthy closure yesterday of Horseshoe bridge access to Thomas Lewis Way, due to a large diesel spillage. The diesel presented significant safety issues and crews have been working overnight to make various sections of the road safe. The route for Quay2000 residents was open as of 6am this morning.
