HRA@50 Art for Art’s Sake, Avenue St Andrew’s Church Hall – 22 and 23 August from 12 noon to 5pm each day! Artists and crafters are busy preparing for the Art for Art’s Sake event!

Phil Hewitt is a long-standing Highfield resident who started a new hobby of wood turning in retirement and is now starting to show his beautifully crafted pots at local craft fairs. Also a reminder that residents can report abandoned items of ‘street furniture’, large cardboard boxes, crates etc to Community Safety on email: community.safety@southampton.gov.uk This also includes encampments, street drinking and indeed anything which is a violation of the Public Safety Protection Order which covers Portswood Broadway.
