Accident with e-bike recently – on a pavement in Portswood

Victim was accidentally hit from behind and had slight bruising to the leg. He did not hear the e-bike approach. He is okay now but did not report it. NCJ gave him all the reporting information, including the Voi details (for e-bike rentals), and informed him that her understanding is that incidents like this are treated as ASB.
