He might have fallen while climbing over. He had a head injury and was unresponsive. An ambulance was called and he was taken to hospital. The ambulance crew reported the injury to the police. One stumbling into road – lots of traffic queued at lights in that area very near to them. At 3pm this group had increased to 10-12, mainly men, probably 2 women. Lots of shouting.
