The 20mph speed limit along Portswood Road and as far as Lodge Road. The limit appears to be widely ignored – what checking is done? Additionally, most of the signs are very high up. The HRA member’s car does not pick them up and it could be true of some other cars. It would be good to have the speed limit painted on the road. Member to raise this at PACT on 8 September...
