Reported to Community Safety on 22/04/26. Four men drinking what looked like alcohol from open cans on Wednesday 22nd April at 3.15pm, as follows: two men outside the former Flagship Coffee; and two men opposite the Trago Lounge in the seating area in old St Denys road on the same side as the Police Station.
