Car door fiddling – Royston Close

Person woken up by ring doorbell to see 3 people fiddling with car doors of their cars and neighbours. All owners of each car should be encouraged to report, not one collective report so that the police have the number of incidents. They might be more likely to do targeted patrols in areas where there are a lot of incidents.
